Coffee & Conversations is a safe space for women, created by a woman to have honest and judgement free conversations about various topics that affect women.

As a woman who has endured and overcome many obstacles in my personal life, I understand the importance and necessity of having the support of other women with whom one can be open and honest with. Life is a journey of high high's and low low's, thus being able to communicate the emotions one may face as a consequence to those transitions can make all the difference in not only us, but the lives of others.

As a women's empowerment coach, it is not just my desire to encourage other women to greatness—IT IS WHO I AM!

Life tried to steal my voice and for a long while life was succeeding however, once I dared to take my power back and speak my truth unapologetically, I regained the confidence to embark upon my own healing journey and dare to believe in the greatness God has not only placed around me, but inside of me. I am still in the process however, I no longer believe that I am incapable. I believe what GOD say's about me!

It is my desire to foster a safe space for women to have honest, healing and transformative conversations.
